Bahan-Bahan Spaghetti bolognese

  1. Siapkan 1 , packet spaghetti atau angel hair.
  2. Siapkan Secukupnya , Olive oil.
  3. Siapkan 350 gram , Daging cincang.
  4. Siapkan 1/2 , bawang bombay cincang.
  5. Siapkan 1/2 , green paprika potong dadu.

  12. Siapkan 1 sdm , daun mint yg kering.
  13. Siapkan 3 , bay leaves.
  14. Siapkan 1/2 cup , Fresh parsley atau 1 sdm kering.
  15. Siapkan 2 sdm , tepung terigu.
  16. Siapkan , Lada, garam.
  17. Siapkan 1 1/2 cup , air.

Langkah-langkah pembuatan Spaghetti bolognese

  1. Ambil panci kecil, cuci tomato belah jadi empat tapi jgn putus, rebus 5 mnt matikan kompor, klo dah agak dingin kupas dan potong.
  2. Ambil panci, add 2 sendok mkn minyak, tumis daging cincang sampai kecoklatan, pindah di piring.
  3. Di panci yg sama,tambahkan 2 sdm minyak, tumis bawang bombay sampai layu, trs masukakan sayuran,wortel,bell peppers, celery, tumis sayur sampai layu, tambahkan tepung terigu, aduk2,tambahkan tomat, dan tomat pure, trs tambahkan, oregano, mint, bay leaves, thime,daging cincang, aduk2,tambahkan garam, trs tambahkan air, tutup biarkan setengah jam, jangan lupa di cek di aduk.
  4. Klo udah kelihatan mengental,tambahkan lada hitam, garam, koreksi rasa, dan spaghetti sauce udah siap.
  5. Ambil panci ukuran sedang untuk rebus spaghetti, rebus air tambahkan garam, klo udah mndidih masukkan spaghetti nya aduk, ikuti aturan ngrebusnya, klo udah mateng tiriskan trs kasih minyak zaitun atau butter sedikit biat gk lengket.
  6. Dan siap di hidangkan.
